Mix 2 scoops in 12 - 14 oz (300 ml - 400 ml) of cold water. Loading Phase: First time users - to obtain 20 - 30 grams of creatine per day for the first 4 - 5 days, we recommend spiking your Creatine Xtreme with a pure creatine monohydrate supplement.
